Application Requirements
1. Prior to submitting an application online, you must tour the interior of the property. To schedule a self guided tour, please click on the property you are interested in and follow the steps to use the Tenant Turner lockbox system.
2.Please complete the online application in its entirety. Missing or unverifiable information may be grounds for denial of the application, or may slow the process. Each person over 18 must apply. If you cannot complete the application online, you can download and print the application below.
3.There is a screening fee of $45.00 per adult applicant.
